A Satirical Zine
Corruption: a South African political issue where public funds are diverted into private pockets. I chose to approach this design through both satire and familiar, everyday references. The idea of corruption as a cyclical process informed both the structure of the zine and the consistency of its visual language. I enjoyed the way the text and ideas started clean at the beginning of the zine, and slowly descended into bold ridiculousness; something that intentionally shows how crazy these news articles can seem.
